Perpetual Memory Loss is an account of the life and times of a New York City grad student   comprises the sober, but often times drunken, ramblings of a reformed slacker who now finds himself working a nine-to-fiver at the saddest place in Washington DC (no not Congress or the White House) and quite possibly on earth.
